In the morning of January 4th, the first
equipment entering ceremony of Guilin Fuda Alfing Large Crankshaft Co., Ltd.
was held at the construction site of the new plant. At the ceremony, Mr. Zhao
Hongwei, the general manager of Fuda and the chairman of the joint venture
company, announced that the first equipment was officially entered the plant.
The leaders of the joint venture company and the employees of the company
attended the ceremony to witness this landmark moment.

Large Crankshaft Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the joint venture
company's plant. After just four months of construction, a modern factory has
been built and has initially installed equipment.
The first equipment that entered the plant
is a turning-milling combined machining center introduced from WFL, Austria.
The biggest advantage of this equipment is its high stability and high
precision, which can process up to 4.5 meters of marine engine crankshaft. At
the same time, the equipment can also be customized software solutions, with
online measurement, compensation for deformation of parts in processing, etc.,
it can achieve active control of the work piece quality to ensure product
quality. In addition, the equipment is also integrated with a variety of
mechanical processing methods, a comprehensive ability, a single device can
complete multi-process processing, improve crankshaft processing efficiency,
reduce processing costs, is a leading international manufacturing equipment.
The entry and installation of the first
equipment of the joint venture company opened the curtain for the construction
of the new production line. After that, a batch of advanced production
equipment will arrive one by one. It is expected that the relocation,
installation and commissioning of all equipment will be completed in March this
year, and will be officially put into operation at the end of March.
